Job Description:
1. Actively search for information about businesses/individuals/individuals capable of becoming agents/points of sale.
2. Provide documents, explain agency policies, point of sale with units/individuals who are interested in becoming a sales partner.
3. Carry out the negotiation process with potential partners until the contract is signed with sales partners, agents
4. Instruct new sales partners to implement sales policies, document sales forms according to predetermined plans, check - evaluate.
5. Schedule and perform statistics, supervise agents, urge debt recovery according to the company's regulations
6. Support agents in technical consulting, product / material characteristics for end users when requested by the agent.
7. Receive and fully understand the order information of agents, delivery and delivery staff.
8. Receive complaints from users / or agents about complaints related to: output, quality, specifications, selling price, preferential policy, warranty policy to handle and request the departments / or agents fully meet the interests of the end customer.
9. Actively gather information about agency debts, receive information + agent debt records from Sale Admin to expedite and recover.
